Ashok Kumar Sharma v. State Of U.P. & Others - SPECIAL APPEAL No. - 1525 of 2007 RD-AH 17638 (13 November 2007)
HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD
Hon'ble S. Rafat Alam, J.
Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal, J.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant and also perused the judgment of the Hon'ble Single Judge.
It appears that the petitioner-appellant, being aggrieved by the order of transfer, preferred the writ petition, which has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Single Judge vide judgment under appeal.
Learned counsel for the appellant could not point out any illegality in the order of Hon'ble Single Judge. It is not in dispute that the petitioner-appellant holds a transfer post. It is also not disputed that the order of transfer has been passed by the authority having jurisdiction to pass such order. Thus, we do not find any error, legal or factual, in the order of Hon'ble Single Judge.
The appeal, being without any merit, is dismissed.
