HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD
Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.
This writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 26.9.2007 passed by the learned District Judge, Deoria by which the Revision has been dismissed. The petitioners have also sought the quashing of the order dated 23.8.2007 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) by which the application filed by the petitioners for obtaining expert handwriting opinion has been rejected.
Original Suit No. 2015 of 1993 had been filed by the petitioners for cancellation of the sale-deed dated 15.7.1992 said to have been executed by Jaee in favour of Jumarati. The said application was filed after a period of almost 14 years. The Courts below have rejected the application as it had been filed with considerable delay.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has not been able to point out any infirmity in the order passed by the Court below which may warrant interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
