This petition has been filed against the order suspending the fire arms licence of the petitioner. The petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act. In case the petitioner files such an appeal, the same may be disposed of expeditiously. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is dismissed
