In view of the form F at page 22 of the writ petition we are of the view that there is scope of consideration of representation within one month. Therefore, we direct that the representation of the petitioner will be considered within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order upon giving fullest opportunity of hearing and by passing a reasoned order thereon. For the purpose of effective adjudication a copy of the writ petition and its annexures can be treated as part and parcel of the representation.
Thus, writ petition is disposed of.
No order is passed as to costs.
However, recovery will not be made effective till one week after consideration of representation and communication of the order to be passed by the authority concerned.
