Issue notice to the plaintiff-opposite party No.1 by Registered Post A/D. Steps to be taken within a week. List for orders after the expiry of eight weeks.

Until further orders, the decree shall not be executed provided the defendant deposits a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the trial court within eight weeks from today. The amount so deposited shall be kept in an interest bearing account till further orders of this Court.
