The sole relief pressed in this application under Article 227 of the Constitution is for a direction upon the Court below to decide the pending injunction application filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure in Original Suit No.302 of 2007 expeditiously.
In view of the facts and circumstances set out in the petition, it is desirable that the temporary injunction application may be decided at an early date.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction that the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandauli shall decide the aforesaid injunction application expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of the order is filed before the Court.
