We have heard counsel for the petitioners, Standing counsel and Sri Nitin Sharma for the respondents.
According to the petitioners Late Satish Chandra was employed as a Soldier and died during operation Vijay, Kargil and the petitioners are entitled certain benefit provided by Central and well as State Government but the same has not been paid and their representation is pending. Hence the present writ petition has been filed.
3. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner may file fresh representation before respondent No.1 and 2 through respondent No.4. In case any such representation is filed. The respondent No.4 will forward the matter with necessary noting to respondents No. 1 and 2 and thereafter the respondents No.1 and 2 may pass appropriate legal order at an early date, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation from respondent No.4. The petitioners will file certified copy of this order, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with the representation. The respondents No. 1 and 2 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
