HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Ashok Bhushan, J.

Heard counsel for the petitioner.

By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 not to implement the order of approval issued by the respondents. A mandamus has also been sought commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Sweeper. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as casual labour in the institution and the appointment has been made of some other person. The petitioner who claims to have been working as casual labour, has no right nor any ground has been made out in the writ petition for issuing any direction not to implead the order of approval.

The writ petition is dismissed.
