Issue notice to respondents No. 5 and 6. Sri Ghan Shyam Maurya appears on behalf of respondent No. 7. Learned standing counsel appears for respondents No. 1 to 4. Respondents are allowed four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week thereafter.
Petitioner's case is that the petitioner's representation for payment of honorarium has been rejected by the order dated 29.10.2007 on the ground that the petitioner's tenure has not been renewed in view of the resolution dated 30.4.2007. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that the petitioner has been throughout continuing and no selection has yet been made on the post of Shiksha Mitra. Petitioner's case is that the petitioner's claim for payment of honorarium has been rejected illegally.
Let a counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. List in first week of January, 2008.
In the mean time in case no selection has yet been made on the post of Shiksha Mitra, no appointment be made till the next date of listing.
