Present Shri Ashok Mehta representing the Official Liquidator; Shri B.K.L. Srivastava, the Official Liquidator; Shri Yashwant Verma for JAL and Shri Harendra Kumar Pandey for the workmen.

The Official Liquidator states that the process of identification of the occupations by the workmen and other staff is still in progress and that it will take a few more days to submit a complete list of those workmen, who are still occupying or are encroaching upon the properties of the company (in Liq.). He submits that almost the entire amount of pari pasu dividend of the workmen has been transferred to the branches and in the accounts of the workmen.

Shri Ashok Mehta prays for an adjournment upto Monday to provide the full and complete details, for releasing the amount, which has been credited to the accounts of the workmen. The Official Liquidator also states that 50% of the balance amount, as directed by the Court in its last order has been paid to the U.P. Power Corporation.

Put up on Monday at 2.00 p.m. in chambers.
