The applicants had earlier moved a transfer application before the learned District Judge, Bijnor which has been rejected by a detailed order dated 12.11.2007. The transfer application was filed for transferring SCC Suit No.2 of 2003 from the Court of Special Judge/Additional District Judge, Bijnor to some other Court. The learned District Judge has given cogent reasons for rejecting the transfer application and the learned counsel for the applicants has not been able to point out anything which may persuade the Court to take a different view.

The transfer application is, accordingly, rejected.
