The petitioner's agreement in respect of fair price shop was canceled. Against that order the petitioner preferred an appeal, which has been dismissed. Reference has been given to the names of a number of card holders who gave their statements that they were not being given ration. The cards of some of the card holders were examined and the entries of distribution were not found. There was also a joint statement made by several card holders regarding the irregularities in the distribution of commodities. There is also a finding that the petitioner did not adduce any evidence in support of his case. The petitioner's case that the card holders have given their statements on account of the election rivalry has not been believed. The findings recorded by the authorities below are findings of fact. No ground for interference has been made out. Dismissed.
