1. This is a writ petition against the FIR in Case Crime No. 11 of 2007, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station.Mahila Thana, District Meerut.

2. In this case counter affidavit has been filed indicating therein that charge-sheet has been filed.

2. In view of this, the writ petition has become infrutuous and it is accordingly dismissed .
