Heard counsel for the petitioner. Sri P. K. Bharadwaj appears for the respondent no. 4.

By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quqshign the resolution of the Gram Shiksha Samiti dated 30.9.2007. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no decision has yet been taken on the recommendation. The recommendation of the Gram Shiksha Samiti has yet to be considered and the decision has to be taken. There is no cause of action for entertaining the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed.
