Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri A. K.Sinha appearing for the respondents no. 6.
By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 12.10.2007passed by the District Magistrate directing for payment of honorarium to respondent no. 6. The petitioner's case is that the respondent no. 6 was selected in 2004.2005 for which the petitioner was also an applicant. The petitioner's case is that the selection of the respondent no. 6 is not correct and the petitioner has already submitted representation to the District Magistrate. In view of the fact that the petitioner has submitted representation ends of justice be served in disposing of the writ petition directing the District Magistrate to consider and take appropriate decision after giving opportunity of hearing to respondents no. 5 and 6. The said decision may be take expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner may file certified copy of this order along with copy of representation submitted to the District Magistrate earlier.
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
