Inspite of the service of the contempt petition, opposite party has neither filed any counter affidavit and nor has nothing brought on record that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with.
List on 11.12.1007 on which date the opposite party shall appear before the Court.
Office shall issue necessary notice. However, in case the order has been complied with, an affidavit may be filed and the opposite party may not appear in person.
