Heard counsel for the petitioner.

By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to re-advertise the post of Shiksha Mitra. Petitioner's case is that the selection of Shiksha Mitra was made in 2005 whichw as not in accordance with law. The petitioner who claims to be Pradhan complained against Shiksha Mitrs who are not teaching in the institution and they were found absent on several occasions. After lapse of two years the petitioner cannot be allowed to challenge the selection which was made in the year 2005-2006. It is, however, open for the Gram Shiksha Samiti to take decision in accordance with relevant Government order and intimate the District Magistrate accordingly.

With the above observation the writ petition is dismissed.
