HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J.

The petitioner has filed a time barred appeal against the order suspending his arms license. The appeal has been filed on 29.10.2007. The prayer is that the Commissioner be directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a time bound period. The appeal has been filed less than a month back and there is nothing to show that its disposal is being delayed. No ground for issuing the mandamus sought by the petitioner is made out. Dismissed.

23.11.2007.
