Heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel.

By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra to decide the appeal of the petitioner filed against the order of the District Magistrate suspending the fire arms licence of the petitioner.

The appeal has been filed recently. There is nothing to show that the proceedings are being delayed. No ground for interference has been made out Dismissed.
