The petitioner alleges violation of the judgment and order dated 10.7.2007 passed in Writ Petition No. 1958 of 2006. A perusal of the judgment and order indicates that the respondents were directed to decide the representation within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of the order. The said representation has been decided by an order dated 25.10.2007. In such circumstances, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken on the representation, the proper course for him is to challenge the aforesaid order in appropriate proceedings but it cannot be said that there is any wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.

The contempt petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
