This is an application for condoning the delay of two days in filing the appeal.
We have heard Shri K. Ajit, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-applicant and Shri R.K. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the delay of two days in filing the appeal has satisfactorily been explained in the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application and the delay has not been caused on account of willful or deliberate laches on the part of the applicant. Therefore, we condone the delay.
The application is, accordingly, allowed.
