Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that the petitioner's proposal for promotion on the post of Lecturer has been rejected by the order dated 14.9.2007. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only four lecturers from promotion are working whereas six lecturers from general category and one from Scheduled Caste category are working under the direct quota. The District Inspector of Schools by the order dated 15.11.2007 has directed for sending requisition for two posts to be taken up by Scheduled Caste category candidates.
Let a counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. List thereafter for admission.
in the mean time the requisition as directed by the order dated 15.11.2007 shall be subject to result of the writ petition.
