Heard counsel for the petitioner. Sri Rajeshwar Singh has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3. Learned standing counsel appears for respondents No. 1 and 2.
By this writ petition the petitioner the prayed for quashing the suspension order dated 30.7.2007 claimed to be served on the petitioner on 15.11.2007. The petitioner has been transferred from one institution to another institution. The transfer is incidence of service and unless the transfer is against the statutory rules or actuated by bias this Court normally does not interfere with the transfer order. Learned counsel for the petitioner's submission that he has received the order on 15.11.2007 and no teacher in the transfer list dated 30.7.2007 has been shifted. The petitioner has already submitted representation dated 16.11.2007 ( Annexure-3 to the writ petition) to the Basic Shiksha Adhikari. The representation of the petitioner in this context may be considered and decided expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
