The applicants in this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution are aggrieved by the order passed by the Trial Court merely issuing notice on the application for grant of temporary injunction.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is disposed of with a direction that the injunction application shall be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed by the applicants before the Court below.
