HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.

The plaintiff has filed this writ petition for quashing the order dated 27.10.2007 passed on the application for grant of temporary injunction.

A perusal of the aforesaid order indicates that notices have been issued to the defendants for filing objections and 27.11.2007 was fixed. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on 27.11.2007, 11.12.2007 has been fixed. The Court is proceeding to decide the temporary injunction application and, therefore, it is not a fit case for interference.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage. It is, however, expected that the injunction application shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
