In the prayer portion of writ petition the petitioner though has prayed for quashing of the order dated 12.06.2007 passed by the Commissioner, Consolidation, U.P. Shashan, Lucknow (Annexure-9 to the writ petition) pursuant to the State Government's decision on the appeal preferred by the petitioner but during the course of submission Sri Birendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not aggrieved by the above order and he, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file another one with appropriate material.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.
