HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.

The petitioners are the defendants in Original Suit No. 258 of 1992. The plaintiff filed an amendment application which was allowed by the Trial Court. The Civil Revision has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has raised a number of grounds for setting aside the order passed on the amendment application but I am not inclined to entertain them at this stage as it would be open to the petitioners to challenge the said order in the Civil Appeal that they may filed in the event the suit is decreed against them.

Subject to the observations made above, the writ petition is dismissed.
