Hon'ble S.P. Mehrotra, J.

Sri Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the facts and circumstances stated in Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No. 200187 of 2007 and its accompanying Affidavit, the petitioner prays that the Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the statement made by Sri Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the averments made in the aforesaid Withdrawal Application and its accompanying Affidavit, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim order dated 6-8-2006, as extended from time to time, is vacated.

It is made clear that no liberty is being given to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action.
