Learned counsel appearing for the respondents stated that against the orders impugned in the writ petition, the petitioner has a remedy by approaching the Hon'ble Administrative Judge under the Rules by filing an appeal.
Dr. H.N. Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner could not dispute the said position and prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to avail the aforesaid remedy.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to petitioner to file appeal before the Hon'ble Administrative Judge under the Rules.
