In compliance of this Court's order dated 20.12.2006 the answer copies of Mathematics Papers II and III of B.Sc. Examination, 2006 of the petitioner has been got revaluated by the respondent-college and have been placed today before this Court in sealed cover which have been opened today in Court. On revaluation the petitioner has been awarded 23 marks in Mathematics Paper II instead of 14 marks which were awarded earlier, and in Mathematics Paper III he has been awarded 19 marks, instead of 17 marks which were awarded earlier.
Sri Shailendra, learned counsel for the respondent no.2-college, has very fairly submitted that the corrected mark-sheet shall be handed over to the petitioner within two weeks from today.
Accordingly, it is directed that the corrected mark-sheet of B.Sc. Part III Examination of the petitioner showing him having obtained 23 marks in Mathematics Paper II and 19 marks in Mathematics Paper III and consequently 107 marks in all the Mathematics papers, be issued to the petitioner within two weeks from today.
This writ petition stands allowed to the extent indicated above. No order as to cost.
