Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. He has not been put up for identification No looted property has been recovered from the possession of the applicant or at his pointing out. The name of the applicant has been disclosed by the other co-accused persons.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Karan Singh Yadav involved in case crime no. 296 of 2006 under Sections 396,412 I.P.C.,P.S. Nigohi District Shahjahanpur be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
