Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the role of exhortation is assigned to the applicants but the role of causing injury is assigned to the co-accused Janardan. The applicant did not cause any injury.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Raksha Pandey and Mahendra involved in case crime no. 897 of 2006 under Sections302,34, I.P.C., P.S. Belipa
District Gorakhpur be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
