Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that no offence under Section 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act is made out and the remaining offence appears to be bailable one.

Consequently, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that in the event the petitioners put in their appearance or are produced before the court below and make  application for their release on bail in Case Crime no. 06 of 2007 under Section 147, 323, 452, 504, 506 IPC and 3(1)(x) SC/ST Act P.S. Pisaba            District Aligarh, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
