    Sri A.N.Mishra, learned counsel for the proposed heirs and legal representatives of Bashir Ahmad ( plaintiff-appellant ) states that a Substitution Application, consequent to the death of the said Bashir Ahmad ( plaintiff-appellant ), was filed in the Registry on 11.12.1986. The said Substitution Application is not on record.

    Office is directed to trace the same  and place it on record.

(1) Civil Misc. ( Delay Condonation ) Application No. 50620 of 1997.

(2) Civil Misc. ( Substitution ) Application No. 50621 of 1997.

The aforementioned applications have been filed consequent to the death of the defendant -respondent no. 4.

Issue notice to the proposed heirs and legal representatives of the defendant-respondent no. 4.

Notices will be issued by Registered Post A.D.,fixing 6.7.2007.

Requisite steps will be taken within eight weeks, failing which, the case will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court  immediately on  the expiry of the said period.

(1)Civil Misc. ( Delay Condonation ) Application No. 273525 of 2006.

(2)Civil Msic. ( Substitution ) Application No. 273526 of 2006.

The aforementioned applications have been filed consequent to the deaths of the defendants-respondents nos. 4 and 7.

Issue notice on the aforementioned applications .

Notices will be issued to the respective proposed heirs and legal representatives of the defendants -respondents nos. 4 and 7 by Registered Post A.D. , fixing 6.7.2007.

Requisite steps will be taken within eight weeks, failing which, the case will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court immediately on the expiry of the said period.
