Sri V.K.Birla, Advocate, along with Sri V.K.Singh, Senior Advocate, appearing for respondents no. 1 and 2, and Sri S.K.Misra along with Sri S.K.Garg appearing for respondent no. 4, propose to file counter affidavit to the Impleadment Application no. 20927 of 2005 and pray for three days' time for this purpose. Time prayed for is allowed.
The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 also expressed his desire to file counter affidavit to this impleadment application and prayed for three weeks' time for the same. This request is rejected in view of the fact that no counter affidavit has been filed in the writ petition itself. The respondent no.3 has no real interest to contest this petition. However, if the respondent no.3 desires to file counter affidavit, it may be filed before the next date of listing.
Rejoinder affidavit may be filed immediately within three days of the receipt of the counter affidavit.
List this petition immediately after expiry of 7 days for orders.
