Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition on the ground that he may file a review application before the revisional court. In these circumstances the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition without adjudicating upon the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner in this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
