This appeal has been filed by Jeet Narayan, Jag Narayan and Mannu against the judgement and order dated 27.1.2007 passed by Addl.Sessions Judge, F.T.C. No. 1, Mirzapur whereby the appellants have been found guilty and convicted under Sections 147, 148, 324 IPC and have been sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment up to two years and the appellant Jag Narayan and Mannu have been found guilty and convicted under Sections 147, 148, 323 IPC and have been sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment up to one year and fine has also been imposed on all the appellants with default stipulation.
Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

Co accused Shyamdhar and Girja have preferred criminal appeal No. 709 of 2007against the impugned judgement. This appeal be convicted with the above noted appeal.
Learned counsel for the appellants has contended that appellants are on interim bail in this matter.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without prejudice to the merits of the case, appellants shall continue on bail during the pendency of the appeal on their furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each of like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned and also on depositing the amount of fine as imposed on them. They shall also give an undertaking that they will not indulge in any criminal or antisocial activity and if any report is found against them, it shall be open for the court below to report to this court so that their bail may be cancelled.
