The appellant has not taken steps on substitution application of respondent no. 1.  The application is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.  The decree against the plaintiff-respondent is indivisible .

The second appeal is consequently abates against the respondent no. 1, and is consequently dismissed as a whole.
