This writ petition has been filed by a person who is totally stranger without any basis. He claims to be Ex-Pradhan of the village and had filed the complaint for not properly running the fair price shop. This Court passed an order earlier directing the authorities to consider his grievance while disposing of his earlier Writ Petition No. 39476 of 2006 vide order dated 26.7.2006. In pursuance of the order of this Court, the grievances raised by the petitioner were examined and a speaking and reasoned order was passed by the competent authority on 15.12.2006 wherein the complaint filed by the petitioner has been found to be without any basis. This Court cannot sit in Appeal and appreciate the evidence on the basis of which the complaint filed by the petitioner has been found to be false.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
