The aforementioned Applications have been filed consequent to the death of Balraj Singh (defendant-respondent no.1).

Issue notice on the aforementioned Applications.

Notices will be issued to the defendant-respondent no.2 as well as to the proposed heirs and legal representatives of the defendant-respondent no.1 as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the affidavit accompanying the aforementioned Applications.

Notices will be issued by Registered Post A.D. fixing 9.5.2007.

Requisite steps will be taken by the learned counsel for the applicants in the aforementioned Applications within three weeks, failing which, the case will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court immediately on the expiry of the said period.

List on 9.5.2007.
