Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application is filed by the applicants Hori Lal,Ashok Kumar, Mone Devi, Dheen Devi, Rekha,Dhelpal with a prayer that the entire proceedings of case complaint case no.1382 of 2006, under Sections 498-A,323,324,506 I.P.C., and ¾ D.P.Act pending in the court of A.C.J.M. II Budaun may be quashed but from the perusal of the record, it appears that there is no illegality in the proceedings. Therefore, the prayer is refused.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail their bail application shall be considered and disposed of on the same day. No coercive steps shall be taken against the applicant for a period of 30 days from today.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
