Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
From the perusal of the impugned order dated 4.2.2006 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad in case no. 12 of 2006 it appears that there is no illegality in the impugned order. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
However, considering the nature of allegations, it is directed that in case the applicant appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously on the same day by the courts below and no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants for a period of 30 days from today.
With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
