It is contended by the leaned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the first informant of case crime no. 574 of 2005 under sections 302 I.P.C. in which charge sheet has been submitted, which is pending before the Court of learned C.J.M.Azamgarh vide criminal case no. 2062 of 2005.
It is contended that the case pending for a long time and it is not being committed to the court of sessions without any reason.
Considering the facts and circumstances stated above, it is directed that the proceedings of committal be expedited without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of expeditiously.
