Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. And Sri Gaurav Kakkar, learned counsel for the complainant.
From the perusal of the impugned order dated 7.9.2004 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor, in complaint case no.957 of 2003, it appears that there is no illegality or irregularity in the impugned order. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is refused.
However, considering the nature of allegations made against the applicants it is directed that in case the applicants appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, their bail application shall be considered on the same day in accordance with the provisions of law. For a period of 30 days no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants.
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
