HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Anjani Kumar, J.

Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.

This petition has been filed for a direction upon the private respondent to vacate the premises. The allegations made in the writ petition indicate that the private respondent is a tenant of the property in dispute but as the respondent did not vacate the premises after the expiry of the period of agreement, this petition has been filed.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that the present petition against the private respondent is not maintainable. The petitioner may, however, pursue his remedy before the appropriate Forum.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
