          Learned Standing Counsel who represents respondents prays for and is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit. The petitioners will have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

               

          Until further orders, the operation of the orders dated 27.9.2006 passed by Commissioner, Jhansi Region, Jhansi and the order dated 4.7.2006 passed by the   Collector (Stamp), Jhansi shall remain stayed provided the petitioners deposit within a period of six weeks from today half of the amount payable under the impugned orders before Additional Collector (Finance and Revenue), Jhansi. Any amount paid by the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned orders shall be adjusted. In case of default this order shall stand discharged.
