Heard Sri Shiv Ji Singh Sisodiya, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the papers.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in one case final report has been submitted and in other three cases the applicant has been granted bail and hence he should be granted bail in this case also.
On the contrary, the bail of the applicant has been opposed by the learned AGA.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merit, the applicant may be granted bail in the case now.
Let the applicant Magehs Kumar Sahu S/o Gendan Lal involved in Case Crime No. 1846 of 2006, under section 2/3 of U.P. Gangester Act, P.S. Subhash Nagar, District Bareilly be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs. 25000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM concerned.
