Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the first informant of Sessions Trial No. 380 of 2006 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Baghpat.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that in the present case some of the accused are absconding and they are trying to commit the murder of the applicant so that his evidence may not be recorded in the court.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case it is directed that the proceedings of the above mentioned sessions trial be expedited without granting any unnecessary adjournments. In case the accused persons are not appearing, to ensure for their appearance in the court, coercive steps be taken.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
