Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.

There are cross versions and cross First Information Reports. The petitioners' side is alleged to have assaulted with fire arm also other than sharp edged weapons and sticks.

Prima facie, there are fire arm injuries.

No good ground for quashing the F.I.R., or staying the arrest is made out.

However, if the petitioners surrender and apply for bail  in case crime No. 39-A of 2007 under section 147/323/504/506/307 I.P.C., P.S. Nagina district Bijnor, their bail applications will be considered and disposed of by the Courts below expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
