Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.

The F.I.R., alleges serious injuries including fracture of the chest.

No good ground for quashing the F.I.R., or staying the arrest is made out.

However, if the petitioners surrender and apply for bail  in case crime No. 905 of 2006 under section 323/325/452/394/504/506 I.P.C., P.S. Phoolpur district Varanasi, their bail applications will be considered and disposed of by the Courts below expeditiously.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
